Reflections on Body Wisdom & the Eternal.
Reflections on Body Wisdom and the Eternal.
By Crystal Zillwood
Walking tenderly on this earth, feeling the souls of my feet
breathe into our mother I trust and feel connected to all, anchored in my
heels, open in my souls spreading in my toes.
You are never alone when you are in your body.
Leaning deeply into the physical we merge into the
spiritual, may you find contentment in which ever resonance you echo in.
Let the atoms of your air bring joy into your cells, let
your membrane be filled with your desired resonance and may you feel compassion
in which ever state, harmony you are in, we are walking vibrations simply doing
our best in our sacred vessels which echo our ancestors and descendants.
May your resonance siren to your kin far and wide , may your
thought be smoke signals to your loved one near and far.
What serves you also serves others.
You are the path .
May you find your truth in knowing your boundaries, like a foetus
grows to understand the warm, giving and receiving walls of the womb,
expanding, contracting, pulsating, giving, pausing, spacious yielding, tight
gripping, no one said this dance was easy but it’s well worth the try. We live
in a system that doesn’t support this spaciousness but individually we can
simply do our best and trust this will ripple out to other in the tangible or
not tangible.
Steaming spiralling from my tea, grateful to be witness to
the visible teacher of these atoms and eternal design in my hands.
What is your relationship to effort.
Discipline support one to ride the waves, may you ride the waves skilfully
to your best ability may your discipline be also in flower bed of beauty and
joy as well diligence bodily breath focus.
Can we lay out words on top of a restorative resonance, can
we let our communication glide with the harmony of balance.
My spirituality is devotion to cellular resonance, praying
to the frequency of all that is in this blood filled membrane of a body and
allowing this to inform me in ways that always surprises me. I celebrate these everlasting bodhicitta like cells as they die and be reborn for the greater good of finding harmony within this vessel, that I call my body.
What
is your relationship to the Eternal.
